Since 2015 Deakin University has engaged Frankly Social to promote the Deakin hashtag #deakingrad to graduating students on social media at all graduation ceremonies. Activations occur across all five of their campuses at several times throughout the year, with a full set-up including multiple printers and attendants, full media walls and murals. Thousands of students are photographed each year and continue the conversation on-line with their followers, promoting Deakin with the on-brand message – Deakin is Wordly. Our Hashtag Printers are a favourite tool of the Deakin Marketing Team because they deliver on-brand content in an engaging way. Graduating students post photos continuously all day and continue the conversation off-line with their branded take-home prints. These figures were the outcome for the April 2016 Graduations:
