The Australian Super Bike Championship sees thousands of motorbike enthusiasts descend on Phillip Island, Victoria each year. To raise their social media profile, the Yamaha Motor Finance Marketing Teams create an experiential marketing campaign where they invite people to join in the fun and engage directly with their team to produce a branded take-home photo. Using our Hashtag Printers in 2016 the team had an angled Yamaha racing bike in front of a racetrack background, angle allowing guests to be photographed as though they were participating in the race. Photos posted to Instagram with the activation hashtag were printed immediately, surrounded by the on-brand message. Participants loved the bike and the photos allowed a strong brand message to be delivered organically to thousands of off-site followers of the users.
