Live Merchandise Customisation

With this service we customise merchandise for your guests, live and on-site at your events. We can customise and personalise canvas tote bags, t-shirts, hi-vis vests and socks. We customise each garment with your guest’s name or initials, or can even have custom decals prepared for guests to choose from. Guest's place an order via a QR code which also collects their information for later follow-up. We immediately create the customised product on-site. The time taken to create each piece depends on the type of merchandise and the customisation required. This activation adds a real element of theatre to any conference or event, and allows us to spend more time connecting the guest with your brand. Post activation we supply you with captured customer data eg. contact information, so that you can continue the conversation with guests after the event.
